Okay

I have a high threshold for alcohol. And I don't like to drink water or chasers or anything. I'm so used to feeling bad that I don't notice hangovers much. I usually wake up the next day with the horrible idea that I've committed some unpardonable act, or said something that I'm going to regret forever. But that usually wears off within an hour. When I was a lot younger, I'd have hangovers that lasted weeks. I felt like my mind was falling in and out of my brain when I moved my head, and I couldn't eat anything but one slice of bread each day. But that was partly based on problems with my nervous system. And my solution to that problem was to drink my nervous system away. Alcohol has been the only thing that's ever worked for my mental difficulties. Most drugs that I have easy access to make me feel worse.

This seems like the most sensible thing to say: Drink a whole lot of water, if you're able, before you go to sleep. Take your booze shit when you wake up; take a few more throughout the day if the event demands it. Drink a lot more water (I don't like coffee, some do). And eat some large meals.---People are different, but this all seems basic enough.
