At TPB, we give Trusted status (pink skull) to frequent uploaders whom we trust to upload torrents that are not fake or trojan infected.
The VIP status (green skull) is reserved for highly valued uploaders who create original torrents. The VIPs don't get the site ads when they are logged in to TPB. Instead they see additional information. Nor do they get the CAPTCHAs when they upload new torrents.

The system we use is undeniably elitist, but the users (except for Benny) seem to like it a lot. The skull icons functions as our seal of approval. A great many uploaders crave to get a skull besides their user ID.

The majority of people who still use TPB have no idea what they are. To attack someone that revels an unjust system is in fact a tactic that I once believed to be below you but I have now changed my mind, you have convinced me to. Your decisions are indeed bios sir and I for one can see it.
