My spelling is US not UK, but grammar is a constant. Nitpick my poems to your heart's content. I sometimes leave end punctuation off when I enjamb and don't want a full stop. Beyond that they're mistakes. I'm working on grammar more this year. So, don't feel you need to spare my feelings. I want the poetry always as perfect as it can be.
