Vroom vroom
Now I'm just trying to get home
Eating a scone in my car
While I talk on the phone
Vroom vroom
It's called a signal you bastard
This is the left lane drive faster
God damn I need to get plastered
And then bumbling on up behind me
The flashing lights we've all seen before
I heard a speaker say please pull over
That's when I put the pedal to the floor
Vroom vroom
I never did make it home
Hitting a pole with my car
And shattering all my bones
(Alternate ending)
Vroom vroom
And by the time I got home
They had impounded by car
At least I finished my scone
Peanut butter honey banana sandwiches

Hey, been missing your voice around here.
I was laughing at S1/2 because they were so real, hoping S3/4 are not.

My plan is the same as any other I took part in, hoping I manage to post something every day. My motto: Love of poetry has no pride.

Nice one. Read a couple of times before I registered the (blue moon) title properly. It works well with the song.
Now important stuff -- are you pronouncing scone as in phone or as in gone?
It's a big deal in Britain between North and south. I say it the correct Northern way as in gone, the other way sounds terribly posh.
Cheers for the read.

Needs more werewolf. And the bomabombom part. And Jenny Agutter. Forget the werewolf.
